Heart for People helps you return to your own strength.
Through breathwork and movement you feel and recognise the difference between being switched on and truly being present within a single session.

YOUR JOURNEY BEGINS WITH YOU
In this life we tend to focus a lot on speed and unfortunately less on quality. Quick fixes provide short-term joy and they also fade fast. Instead, start trying to focus on longer lasting satisfaction.
Invest more time in yourself, get to know yourself, build confidence, and find inner peace from there.
With the right mindset, you'll embrace new opportunities, gain fresh perspectives, and you'll develop more fulfilling habits.
Quality life improvements will not come overnight, quick fixes don't exist. True growth goes beyond one area. It's a daily commitment to a better life.
From meditation to mobility practices and from breath work to mental wellness, I can help you achieve more balance. By ditching your old routines, you'll gain limitless rewards. Investing in yourself means healthier relationships, more freedom, and genuine joy.
To me, life is not a destination, but an ongoing journey. Are you ready for your change?

What are the benefits of breath work? Why use this as a main tool for vitality?

Relaxation vs. stress
Our breath is one of the most powerful tools — and the only natural one — to reduce stress & anxiety by directly influencing the central nervous system.
Lung capacity
Everybody benefits when the condition of the lungs is in optimal state.
Especially people with COPD, asthma or other lung conditions.
By optimally using the breath you clean the lower part of the lungs and thereby improve oxygen levels.
Energy level
Constant practice of breathing exercises increases your energy and thereby boosts your immune system.
Digestion
More relaxation and less stress make the body's digestion much smoother. This has to do with the lower amount of cortisol (stress hormone) in the blood and most of the time less sugar because of this.
Sleep
Better sleep helps to improve the restoration and vital functionality of the brain and body.
Depression
Research shows us that being more conscious about the breath actually helps reduce the level of depression.
Simply because of the fact that you are better able to step out of the ongoing 'train of thoughts' in your head and ground yourself more easily.

ABOUT ROLF
Naturally, I have always been someone who enjoys caring for others. I have a background within international Hospitality and in Healthcare.
I have discovered that breath work and guiding others through life's obstacles, through my own experiences, brings me immense fulfillment.
I feel that if you truly want to change something in your life it requires dedication, time and patience.
Breath work is a good tool to help you going into the right direction.
My purpose is to awaken the consciousness of as many individuals as possible, guiding them to a deeper understanding of their bodies and effective treatment during challenging times. This transformative journey improves around the power of repetition, allowing new habits to replace old ones over time. Scientifically proven, we have the ability to create new neurological pathways, integrating positive patterns while releasing the grip of the past. It is essential in this fast changing life to invest time in self-discovery, researching the root causes of our challenges rather than just addressing their surface-level consequences.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
Teams & companies
Do you also offer workshops for teams or companies?
Yes. I guide team sessions and corporate workshops focused on breath, connection, and conscious leadership. These sessions support stress release, authentic communication and stronger collaboration. The purpose is to reconnect team members with their vitality, creativity and purpose at work.
Especially in a work setting, since we spend a large part of our time there.
What does breathwork or awareness training bring a team?
Breath and awareness sessions help people release tension, be more present and listen better. To themselves and to each other. The result: less stress, more focus and a more open way of working together. Teams don't just connect more deeply, they also perform better.
Is this suitable for every type of organisation?
Yes. I work with a wide range of companies; from hotels to healthcare organisations and local governments. The content is always tailored to the context, the goal and the culture of the organisation. It isn't about spirituality, but about humanity and awareness in the workplace.
What does a session or workshop look like?
That can range from an energizer or a short breath workshop during a team day to an in-depth awareness programme spanning several weeks. We combine breathing techniques, reflection, movement and experiential exercises. The approach is practical, playful and applicable in everyday work.
How long does a session last?
That depends on the goal. A short session usually takes 60 to 90 minutes. Half a day or a full day leaves room to really go deeper. I'm happy to help shape a programme that fits the team's schedule and energy.
Isn't it too 'airy-fairy' for a business environment?
No. The way I work is grounded, accessible, and always linked to scientific research, conscious leadership, communication, and vitality. People find it refreshing, not airy-fairy. It touches on something often missing in the office: genuine presence.
Can we also use this in leadership development?
Certainly. Breathwork and awareness form a powerful basis for authentic leadership. It helps leaders act from calm and clarity, listen better and give direction with more confidence.
Do you also offer customised programmes?
Yes. Together with the organisation, I design customised programmes. This can be for groups or individual employees. From one-time sessions and 1:1 programmes to themes like vitality, stress reduction, conscious leadership, or team connection.
What do we need in terms of space or preparation?
A quiet room where people can sit or lie down comfortably is often enough. For larger groups or events I bring mats, blankets and materials myself. We discuss beforehand what is needed, so everything runs smoothly.
Can you also offer this online?
Absolutely. For remote teams I offer online breath and reflection sessions. These are shorter and lighter in setup, but surprisingly effective for landing again and connecting together.
1:1 sessions
What exactly does a 1:1 session involve?
A 1:1 session is completely tailored to where you are right now. I work with breath, awareness, movement and bodywork to release tension, find clarity and reconnect with what truly matters. Sometimes gentle and deepening, sometimes confronting, but always in a safe setting.
What does a programme look like if I want to work with you?
We always start with an introduction (in person or online) to see what is needed. After that we build the programme up in phases towards, for example, 3, 5, 7 (or more) sessions, entirely tailored to your situation. The aim is to move towards lasting change; quick fixes don't exist.
General
Do I need experience with breathwork or personal development?
No, not at all. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to be present. I guide you through the experience step by step, so you can relax and go deeper in a natural way.
What is the power of breathwork?
Your breath is a direct gateway to awareness. By breathing consciously, you stimulate your self-healing ability, and thus your body's natural capacity to release tension, process emotions, and find clarity. Breathwork brings you out of your head, back into your body, and closer to your heart.
What happens during a cacao ceremony?
Cacao gently opens the heart. Combined with breath, music and intention, a safe space arises to feel, connect and heal. It is not a “trippy” experience, but rather a conscious and warm moment of coming home to yourself and (if you wish) the group.
Is breathwork safe?
Yes, when it is properly guided. I always make sure the setting is safe and check any medical or psychological considerations beforehand. Breathwork can go deep, so safety and integration are essential parts of the process. That is why you should always arrange an introductory conversation, with any coach, to sense how they feel to you and whether there is a click.
What if I find it hard to relax or get into my body?
That is completely normal. Many people live from the head, simply because we live in a society that (unfortunately) encourages it. That is exactly why we use breathing, bodywork, movement, sound and music to slowly settle again. There is no right or wrong; the process unfolds by itself and is different for everyone.
Can you also contribute to festivals or events?
Absolutely. I often collaborate with organisations to bring moments of awareness to festivals or other gatherings. Depending on your needs, this can be through breathwork, cacao ceremonies, or connecting workshops. Always focused on vitality, breathing, heart connection, and conscious enjoyment.
